It looks like fans will be in for a treat when it comes to fashion when the next instalment of The Devil Wears Prada hits our screens.
The sequel is expected to explore not just personal power dynamics but the broader downfall of print media and how fashion’s elite adapt (or don’t) in the age of digital disruption.
And of course, people are just as excited about the style as they are about the Devil herself returning, Miranda Priestly, played by the wonderful Meryl Streep.

Since the news broke that a second movie was in the making, eagle-eyed fans have been out and about to see if they can catch a glimpse of the stars on set.
This week, taking place at the Museum of Natural History in New York, Meryl Streep arrived in a striking red ball gown, ready and willing to switch to the character of Miranda, once the director shouted 'Action!'
Actor Stanley Tucci, who plays Nigel, stood by her side in a sharp, tailored suit with a polka dot bow tie.

One star that many may recognise from Bridgerton is Simone Ashley, who was also pictured among the stars on set. The actress was named last month as one of the new additions to the cast, but what her character will be like, no one knows.
Other famous faces set for the second movie include Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci. New additions to the cast include Lucy Liu, Justin Theroux, B.J. Novak, and Pauline Chalamet.

While the red carpet, or, for this scene, blue, is supposed to be a stylish and smooth affair, it looks like the dress may have got the better of Meryl, with someone catching a shot of her lying on the steps.
Whether this is featured in the movie, we will just have to see, but the fact that Meryl is laughing may give us a clue that it is a blooper on set.
However, if it is not, and the powerful and demanding Miranda Priestly has fallen in front of fans, someone may just find themselves out of a job!
