While dating apps may not be for everyone, for Daniel McCormack and Carmen Andrade, it was thanks to this technical device that brought them together.
The couple began dating in 2020 after meeting on the app Hinge, and late last year, they tied the knot.
Carmen is a conjoined twin with her sister, Lupita Andrade, who decided to keep the wedding a quiet affair with just their nearest and dearest in attendance.

The twins, who were born in Mexico and moved north when they were two, are attached along their chest wall, which continues to their pelvis, where their spines meet.
The girls have one left leg and one right, with each sister controlling a side; Carmen the right and Lupita the left. The sisters have been told that they can be separated, but the survival rate was low, and if they pulled through, they could face years in intensive care.
The big day took place on Lover's Leap Bridge in New Milford, Connecticut, and even though Lupita identifies as asexual, she was on cloud nine for her sister as they stood on the bridge and Carmen took her vows.

Making the news public on YouTube, the bride showed off her wedding ring, telling fans, 'I did get married,' while Daniel laughed, stating, 'I got an upgrade. I'm a husband now.'
Carmen decided not to take the traditional route by wearing white, and went for an emerald green dress that had sparkles throughout. As for the groom, he went for a black tuxedo with a green bow tie.

Over the years, the twins have had to attend extensive physical therapy, learning how to lead a 'normal' life, but the girls don't see this as a disability, stating that it is 'a disability if you make it a disability.'
Their Youtube channel has over 18,000 subscribers and over 255,000 on Instagram.
However, since breaking the news, the sisters have received an overwhelming number of messages online about Carmen and Daniel's relationship; some good, some bad.

One wrote 'So curious how this works for them, but I'm super happy she found her love. Just a unique scenario that it naturally leads to curiosity.'
While another stated, 'I know we are all wondering the same thing here...'
However, Carmen was not afraid to bite back, writing on the post 'This isn't a Q & A account. Don't care about your curiosity like you didn't care about my feelings,' and put all those questioning their relationship, in their place.
