At the launch at An Post's new HQ at the EXO Building beside Dublin Port, officials highlighted how An Post supports career growth in postal services, logistics, IT, finance, HR- that's just to name a few.
The event also shone a light on the An Post Institute, which is An Post’s commitment to develop and upskill all employees and includes new Digital Pathways which have been recently launched. As part of An Post’s commitment to building a strong talent pipeline, the Institute partners with top education and learning providers in Ireland and internationally.
Head of Talent and Organisational Development Heather Lowry emphasised the organisation's commitment to supporting individuals at every career stage, from newcomers to those returning to work.
