Prince William and Kate Middleton visited south Wales on Tuesday and gleefully greeted those who were there to see them.

One woman though was keen to tell the royal couple that neither of them were her favourite royal and that in fact their 4-year-old daughter Princess Charlotte is.

William took the comment in his stride though and managed to pay homage to his adoring wife in the process.
He said: 'Yes, she is lovely - just like my wife.'
With Valentine's Day just around the corner, Wills and Kate were definitely feeling the love with the Duchess' dress echoing the romantic theme.

She wore a gorgeous red dress from Zara which was accessorised with a red and ecru heart print scarf from Shibani.
However, not everyone was as enamoured with her outfit as we were.
Kate was forced to apologise to one guest in particular who was left disappointed in her appearance.

3-year-old Annabel is a big fan of Cinderella and was excited to meet 'a real princess' but expected Kate to be wearing a dress like her favourite fairy-tale characters.
Kate wasn't offended by the youngster's admission though and apologised saying: 'I'm really sorry I'm not wearing a pretty dress today.'
Annabel replied by saying she thought Kate would 'look like Cinderella.'
