We love a mini dress for a night out, even in the colder months, and River Island has a gorgeous purple dress that has serious designer vibes.

Australian designer brand Zimmerman has become a favourite for its ruffled dresses and bold prints, but many fans of the brand are hindered by its large price tag.

However, this stunning Purple 3D Floral Belted Mini Dress from River Island is giving Zimmerman vibes on a budget, with the same feminine frills and florals.

The bold floral print, puffed sleeves with long cuffs, front button detailing, along with the 3D floral details around the bodice are all similar to Zimmerman's signature style dresses.

This particular purple River Island dress appears to be a close dupe of the Lucky floral print mini dress Zimmerman - which costs around €700.

Thankfully the high-street version isn't going to make as big a dent in your bank account, with a more reasonable price tag of €105.

It is in stock in all sizes, ranging from 6 to 18, but you may want to nab it quickly as we have a feeling this dress is going to be popular!

If mini dresses aren't your thing, there's also a similar version of the dress in a purple shirt and shorts set that's equally as cute!

The scalloped lace trim shorts look way more expensive than their €59 price tag and the Purple 3D Floral Long Sleeve Blouse is priced at €86, but could be worn separately and styled with jeans or smart trousers for the office.

So, if you have any special events coming up this autumn, it's never too early to start planning your outfit!
