Leading the charge is the ever-brilliant Gary Oldman as Jackson Lamb, the grumpy yet oddly lovable leader of MI5’s rejects – affectionately known as the 'slow horses.'

Alongside him are familiar faces Jack Lowden, Christopher Chung, Rosalind Eleazar, and Saskia Reeves, who bring the chaotic world of Slough House to life.

Season 5 is set to premiere on September 24 2025, while the upcoming sixth season promises a thrilling game of revenge and retaliation.

As for Season 7, it’s already in the works, with Ben Vanstone adapting the story for TV and Robert McKillop directing but the rest is under wraps for now.

Apple TV+’s creative director for Europe, Jay Hunt, praised the show’s unique blend of British humor and action, calling Oldman’s portrayal of Lamb 'magnificent.' And with nine Emmy nominations under its belt for Season 3, including a win for Outstanding Writing, Slow Horses continues to prove it’s a force to be reckoned with.
