Taking place on Thursday, 16th January in the Alex Hotel, Dublin, this FREE event is designed to help make your mortgage journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Hosted by the ever-engaging broadcaster Brendan Courtney, this event will give you the opportunity to meet with industry experts, connect with AIB mortgage advisors for personal advice and hear from an incredible panel of property professionals who are ready to share their expertise.

The event kicks off at 6:30pm with a welcome reception, followed by a 7pm panel discussion featuring some of Ireland’s top mortgage and property experts.

Whether you’re curious about the legal ins and outs of buying a home, need tips for navigating the property market, or want to demystify the mortgage process, our expert panel has you covered.

Our esteemed panellists include AIB mortgage advisor Aoife MacDonnell. Aoife will break down the mortgage application process and offer advice on how to make the mortgage journey less stressful.

Also on the panel is Robert Dore, the principal solicitor at Dore & Co. With over 40 years’ experience, Robert is a property law expert and is well placed to answer all your burning questions around the legalities of buying your first home. He'll cover everything from contracts to legal pitfalls every prospective home owner should be aware of.

Sinead Beggan, Sales Negotiator at McGuirk Beggan Property will complete the panel. Sinead has over 20 years of expertise in helping buyers find their dream homes. On the night, she will share practical advice, from viewing tips to making a successful offer, that every first-time buyer needs to know.

After the panel discussion, you'll have the chance to meet with AIB Mortgage Advisors to get information and advice personal to you and your journey.
