Baby joy for Becca Mehigan and her husband Dave Kearney as they've just announced the birth of their first child.
The birth of their little boy comes just months after the couple upped sticks and moved to Chicago after Dave, 35, signed a deal with a club over in America.
Sharing the news of their little one's arrival Earthside on social media, Becca wrote: 'Welcome to the world, Zach Michael Kearney 28.12.24.
'Carrying you over the past 9 months has been the greatest privilege of my life. Having you join us in the world is a love and excitement that words cannot describe. We love you so much.'
Becca and Dave's well-known pals flocked to social media with words of congratulations.
Thalia Heffernan wrote: ' Huge huge congrats guys he is just beautiful,' and Georgie Crawford commented: 'BECCA!!! So so happy for you both how gorgeous is Zach.'
Becca and Dave shared news they were expecting in August. Becca posted a sweet snap of herself and Dave at a Chicago Cubs game holding a mini version of the iconic striped kit.
The then-mum-to-be wrote: 'Halfway to meeting our little Chicago Cub', alongside a heart emoji.
The yoga and mindfulness teacher, who is also the cousin of Mark Mehigan, Doireann Garrihy's husband, celebrated her first pregnancy with a baby shower in Novmember.
She had a pregnancy glow, wearing a grey knitted dress which hugged her baby bump as she posed next to balloons and boxes, reading baby, and a sign that read 'Baby Kearney'.
Just a few short weeks later and Dave and Becca's baby boy has graced them with his presence.
And now Rob Kearney and Jess Redden's little fella Bobby has a baby cousin. Congratulations, Dave and Becca!
