Jamie Lee Curtis and Pamela Anderson will hit our screens in the New Year in Gia Coppola's new movie The Last Showgirl which is already picking up industry awards.
The film stars Anderson in the role of Shelly, a Las Vegas showgirl who needs to plan for her future after her Razzle Dazzle show comes to an end after a 30-year run. Shelly's best friend Annette - played by Jamie Lee Curtis - is a brash cocktail waitress who is a little OTT when it comes to having a laugh.
Wearing a red wig, frosted pink lipstick and at least three layers of self tan, it's a look we've never seen before on the award-winning star. And now she has posted a sweet gesture to Pamela on Instagram, we think there might have been a lot of love on this movie set.

People are saying Anderson's lead role will be the most memorable of her career as she's been shown looking as raw and honest on screen as a woman who feels her life's work is slipping away from her.
Jamie Lee Curtis playing a supporting role as her best friend looks to add a little humour to the situation and we look forward to catching this one when it lands in cinemas in late January. Pamela has been sticking to her makeup-free stance throughout the promotion of the film and Jamie has paid tribute to the former Baywatch star by joining her in going public without any powder or paint.
Makeup-Free

Jamie Lee Curtis posted a makeup-free selfie on Instagram with the caption 'Just out of the shower selfie. Honoring @pamelaanderson @lastshowgirl and her no make up ownership of self. Sober. Strong. Steady on. Just noticed that it looks like I have mascara on, which is clearly a remnant of my workday yesterday. Clearly, mommy didn't wash her face very well.'
Some of her 6m followers were quick to praise the Oscar winner for her tribute to Pamela. One said 'You, Michelle Yeoh and Helen Mirren are my guidance to aging gracefully and tenderly,' while another said 'Beautiful! Love your beautiful natural style. We need to see celebrities like you aging naturally without fillers, surgery etc. I wish people would stop trying to look 30. Aging is a good thing, not easy, but GOOD! Thank you Jamie.'
