Camilla gives rare insight into her private life in new picture

In a rare peek into her home life, Camilla Parker-Bowles has given us a look into her private office.

The Duchess of Cornwall is getting used to working from home, just like the rest of the world and has been conducting royal duties from her desk.

The royal shared a snap of her sitting in her office in her home of Birkhall in Scotland.

The picture gave us some rare insight into the life of Camilla Parker-Bowles and what she holds nearest and dearest to her.

She a series of personal pictures on the bookshelves including pictures of her grandchildren. One of the pictures shows a baby while in another it shows her grandchild as a toddler. 

But our favourite is the snap of the two of them dressed as Buckingham Palace Foot Guards.

Other pictures show black and white pictures of her family down through the years.

Showing support to the royal family, there is a sweet paper cutout dolls of the royals including Prince George and Princess Charlotte with Queen Elizabeth.

Camilla has a very crowded desk, so it's clear she has a love for knick-knacks. We especially appreciate the cheeky card that says 'Queen Bee' on the back of it!

To add some colour to her office, she has a bouquet of flowers on her desk to bring some spring inside.

And she, of course, has some nibbles on hand in the form of Simpkins Nipits Licorice Pellets!

Camilla has just come out of self-isolation after her husband Prince Charles became ill.

She spent 14 days in quarantine as her royal hubby recovered from the infectious virus.

The picture was captioned: 'As the proud President of the @royalvolservice, The Duchess of Cornwall has got involved with the NHS Volunteer Responder programme herself by undertaking a ‘check-in and chat’ over the phone with Doris, 85, who has spent the last two weeks self-isolating.'
