Maia Dunphy led an inspiring panel discussion on Wednesday to mark the launch of a new hub designed to support women experiencing menopause in Ireland, CanesMeno.
The host dressed to impress in a flattering deep red suit as she joined fellow commentators, Menopause Workplace Consultant, Catherine O'Keffe and Independent Health Advisor Anne Moriarity, in discussing some of the most challenging issues facing those experiencing menopause.
The event, which was hosted at The Leinster Hotel in Dublin, unfolded over prosecco and nibbles and lively conversation, peppered with hilarious anecdotes that left the room in stitches at points.

One important talking point on the night was Menopause Dialogues, a groundbreaking survey commissioned by CanesMeno that exposed the significant impact menopause can have on quality of life and the urgent need for better support on the topic.
Commenting on the survey, Maia said: 'These findings really hit home. As women, we're often expected to just 'get on with it,' but menopause is a profound life stage that impacts almost every aspect of well-being, from sleep and energy to relationships and work.

'The fact that so many women feel unsupported, or even unaware of what they're experiencing, is a clear call to action.
'We need more open conversations, better access to trusted information, and a societal shift towards truly understanding and supporting women during menopause.'

Stepping out for the launch were stylists Cathy O'Connor and Judy Gilroy, as well as beauty expert Liz Dwyer.
Among the features of the CanesMeno hub is a personalised menopause tracker to provide tailored insights into individual menopause symptoms as well as a library of expert-backed articles.
