Conor Maynard planned the biggest surprise of them all for his girlfriend Kitty Bertrand's birthday, ending it by getting down on one knee.
The pair have been together since last year and Kitty has stood by Conor's side through thick and thin, amid all the paternity test drama after Traitor's UK star Charlotte Chilton claimed in 2024 that Conor was the father of her baby.
The English singer, 32, proposed to Kitty and shared the news to his social media posting a photo of the newly-engaged couple, as he captioned the post: 'Happy Birthday to my FIANCÉE!!! I’m ready to take on forever with you'.

Kitty showed off her new sparkling accessory, as friends and celebrities alike flooded the comments with their congratulations. Conor's brother Jack posted 'Woohoo!! Congratulations', while another wrote: 'You are a hopelessly romantic!! Love looks good on you both!!'.
'YESSSSSS!!!! After all that you’ve been through you deserve all the happiness!! ', said another loyal fan, with Kitty's sister Sophie shared her love for Conor saying: 'Welcome to the family brother'.
Conor then shared another snippet of their happy day by surprising Kitty with a gathering of their nearest and dearest.
The news comes after the paternity drama had reached its pinnacle between Conor and former Traitors star Charlotte Chilton in June of last year. After a one-night stand, Charlotte made claims that Conor was the father of her daughter Penelope, who was born in October 2024.

Heading into an 18-month battle, Charlotte demanded Conor do a paternity test to prove he was the dad. The results of the first test revealed Conor was not the father, but Charlotte alleged that there was another male on site during the test, and accused Conor of switching the samples, saying he had 'switched testing locations last minute'.
Nearly a year on from the birth of her little girl Penelope in October, Charlotte requested a court-ordered DNA test for Conor, with the results of the second paternity test coming out in August.

Concluding again that Conor was not the father, the singer made a statement on his social media about the results and how difficult this has been for himself and his family. 'As with the last test, this test has confirmed again that I am not Penelope's father.
'As Charlotte requested, Penelope's, Charlotte's and my DNA were all taken at a Ministry of Justice accredited DNA testing facility that was selected by Charlotte The results are therefore conclusive'.

Charlotte's reps also told The Daily Mail at the time: 'For those of you who have followed Charlotte's journey since her appearance on BBC's The Traitors, will know she has fought an extraordinary battle for truth and justice with heartfelt conviction.
'We are forever grateful to everyone who has shown unwavering love and support to Charlotte over the past 12 months. Charlotte will now take time to process, heal and reflect and when she is ready, she will finally share her story in full.'
Since the scandal, Conor has come out and said that the allegations really hurt him and how he struggled with his mental health. he said: 'It was difficult to remain silent.I was instantly painted as a deadbeat dad. My comments on my social media were all about that.'
