Rosanna Davison is nearing the move-in date for her new house after it took much longer than the family had initially anticipated to design their forever home.

The former Miss World reflected on the year-long journey she has been on with her husband, Wes, saying that 'it's been intense but very rewarding' to create the dreamy house for their three little ones.

She shared a throwback snap of herself and Wes picking up the keys to their new home at the beginning of September 2024, exactly a year ago, which they have been remodeling ever since.

'This day last year, we got the keys to our forever family home. Still finishing up the last bits of work on the house and in the garden, but excited to move in soon,' Rosanna penned.

'Feeling very grateful and proud of all we've achieved with it for our little family,' she wrote.

Rosanna has been keeping her followers in the loop about delays in their original plan, previously taking to social media to reveal that renovations aren't being done as quickly as they were expected to.

She explained that there are still lots of updates to be made on the home, despite initially planning to move in on Tuesday, July 15.

'We were supposed to move in today, but it's not happening,' she wrote alongside a laughing emoji at the time. 'Another few weeks are needed to finish the plumbing and the electrics,' she penned.

However, Rosanna is keeping a positive mindset despite the setback, adding: 'It will all be worth it.'

The mum-of-three has been given plenty of looks at the work being carried out around the house, and it is shaping up to be gorgeous! She recently updated fans on a very fun space... her walk-in wardrobe!

She shared snaps of the lavish space featuring floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and a gigantic island on the inside.

The walk-in wardrobe also features four full-length mirrors on one wall, which reflect all of the storage on the back wall. We can't wait to see how she styles the room.

Talking to EVOKE at the Style Awards in 2025, Rosanna excitedly revealed that they are now only t-minus six weeks from move-in day.

Through a beaming smile, she gushed: 'I've given a timeline now and it's six weeks!'

Rosanna added that the family has had a big clear out of things they 'forgot they had' or 'absolutely didn't need' - we can't decide if we're more jealous of the house or the organisation!

She added: 'It will be a fresh start as we got rid of a lot of the baby things, but it was also sweet going through all their baby clothes and remembering small things like the little hats that they wore.'

Speaking about how she is making the transition easier for her three children, Sophie, Oscar, and Hugo, Rosanna said: 'We've been back and forth to the house a lot with them.

'They're getting there, I think they're so adaptive and they're so excited about their bedrooms.'

Rosanna has also shared snaps from their luxurious cinema room. She penned: 'Our cinema room today... insulation about to go in.

'A lot of work to be done, but very exciting too! A month feels like six when you're mid-renovation!'

In January, she told her followers that it was her dad, Chris de Burgh who suggested using the space for this luxurious purpose.

'Home cinema going in here. Originally we thought it would be the office for me and Wes but my dad came up with the idea of putting in a cinema... mainly so he and Wes can watch football matches in peace, I suspect,' she said.
