The Wednesday season two part one premiere was always going to provide plenty of fun fashion and there was even a little Irish design on the night!
Stars of the show Jenna Ortega and Catherine Zeta-Jones posed up a storm on the purple carpet on Wednesday (of course it had to be held on a Wednesday night) ahead of the show's release.
Also seen at the event in London was Irish actor TJ Hyland, who wore a bespoke piece by an Irish designer that was perfect for the occasion.

TJ enlisted the help of designer Aisling Kavanagh to craft a statement black shirt with statement sleeves and voluminous ruffles for the premiere.
Sharing a little about her brief, Aisling said TJ told her he wanted 'to look gothic, like I stepped off the set of the Tim Burton series' and we'd say she nailed it.

'Volume, bows and lace is exactly what we had in mind to make this bespoke piece,' she added alongside a snap of TJ posing at the premiere.
On another snap showing her shirt off in all its gothic glory, Aisling said: 'When I'm asked last-minute to make a bespoke piece for the Wednesday season 2 premiere in London for the talented TJ Hyland, who will be in the Netflix show!! Of course, I pull through.'
In TJ’s posts from the night, the actor shared a little more about his look, including how he recreated the hairstyle he had in the show for the premiere.
‘You might not know this but I was in season 2 of Wednesday. I don’t have any lines or anything but I worked on it for six months and today is the premiere,’ TJ said in a getting-ready video.

Unsurprisingly, black was a big favourite colour choice at the premiere, with plenty of stars rocking the shade including Catherine Zeta-Jones.
Catherine wore a fitted halterneck dress with a cut-out down the front that flowed out into a mermaid-style train and had tulle detailing on the front.

Jenna Ortega went for a take on the naked dress trend in her nude number while stars of the show Joy Sunday and Emma Myers both opted for red dresses.

Wednesday season two part one drops on August 6, with the final instalment of the season coming out on September 3. We can't wait to watch it!
