It looks like pink isn’t just a winner for Barbie as bright fuchsia impressed at Gowran Races on Saturday and came out on top in the style stakes.
Midwife Sarah Cass from Kilkenny is no stranger to race day style and stuck to her winning colour blocking trend to secure another Best Dressed title.
Looking fabulous in a fringed pink dress with a halterneck top and layered skirt, Sarah said she was delighted to win and had been blown away by the fashion on show at the racecourse.

Knowing what colour to match with a bright dress can be tricky and Sarah took all of the deliberations out by sticking to the fuschia theme with her accessories.
She wore a pair of matching pink heels with an ankle strap and topped off her look with an oversized hat with pearl adornments by Marc Millinery.

Sarah's small pink clutch bag and dangling pink earrings are accessories she found while on holiday in Seville with her parents over Christmas time.
If you love Sarah's dress, it is the Pink Fringe Halter Midi Dress by Mint Velvet, but unfortunately, it went on sale and is now sold out online.
After announcing Sarah as the winner, judge Marietta Doran said: ‘Huge congratulations to Sarah Cass, our Best Dressed Lady at Gowran Races 2025!
‘From head to toe, she curated a simply stunning outfit that embodied the true essence of style, elegance & individuality we love to see on Ladies Day.
'With impeccable attention to detail, flawless accessories and a look that turned heads for all the right reasons, Sarah truly owned the moment.'
Sarah's prize at Gowran Races was a fab one, with her being presented with a two-night stay including dinner at Lyrath Estate Hotel.
She also took home a €1,000 gift card for MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre and a courtesy car from Bolands Mazda Carlow.
Congratulations, Sarah!
