It's been a long time coming.... and now we've finally, kind of, had a red carpet debut from Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.

The couple had been tipped to walk every event from the Met Gala to the Grammys but never turned up together to pose for pictures.

On Tuesday, Swifties were sent into a spiral when Tay made a surprise appearance at the launch of the football player's 2025 sports summit in Nashville.

Travis launched Tight End University, which is a three-day immersive program for budding players, in 2021 with George Kittle and Greg Olsen.

This year's event kicked off on Tuesday with co-founder Travis' entrance sure to go down in Swiftie history thanks to who he arrived with.

Taylor and Travis are seen walking hand-in-hand in a short video shared to TEU's Instagram as they walk down what looks like a red carpet.

Cameras are seen flashing and it's then that a sweet moment happens with Taylor turning towards Travis and smiling.

The footage is slowed down to show the look in all its glory and, unsurprisingly, Swifties are delighted at the adorable and unexpected joint appearance.

'This, as their first red carpet appearance, is kinda perfect,' wrote one person, while someone else penned: 'So, are we calling this their first red carpet appearance but casual?'

Others commented on Taylor's look with one fan saying: 'She intentionally looks up at him to try and direct more of the focus on him than her since this is his thing, too sweet.'

As well as walking into the event hand-in-hand with her love, Taylor also performed a song at the event's afterparty at Nashville’s Brooklyn Bowl.

Videos show Taylor chatting to the crowd as she stands on stage with Kane Brown and asking 'theoretically' how loud the audience can get.

Taylor says that she wasn't planning on performing but that when Chase Rice said she could borrow his guitar, she decided to go for it and give a rendition of Shake It Off dedicated to her 'favourite players.'

Happy confusion soon spread through the crowd (and yes, we're jealous to have missed this spontaneous performance) with many people sharing videos on X. Music journalist Lorie Liebig wrote: 'I just watched Taylor Swift perform “Shake It Off” with Kane Brown at Brooklyn Bowl Nashville?????????'

What a return to the stage after the Eras Tour! It looks like Tay's in her casual surprise era and we're here for it!
