Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews are one of reality TV's star couples but that's not to say they haven't faced rumours about their marriage.
Things started off as somewhat of a rollercoaster for the duo as they got engaged, married, and welcomed their first child all within 12 months.
So how exactly did the Fade Street star and the former Made In Chelsea lothario meet and begin their own reality TV empire? This is everything we know about their romance, from meeting to now!
How did Vogue and Spencer meet?
Vogue and Spencer met on Channel 4's reality competition, The Jump, which saw celebrities learn how to ski jump. Vogue became injured during the competition and had to pull out of the show, and it seemed like their love affair was over before it began. But, she had become friends with Spencer during their time training.
She previously told EVOKE: 'He kept ringing me after we’d done The Jump ad together and I was like “this guy is so strange” – he hadn’t grown on me yet! He’d call me and say he was out and about in Chelsea and I’d be like "I live in East London, there’s no way I’m travelling 45 minutes to hang out with you." We were just really good pals for ages.'
Luckily for Spenny, Vogue changed her mind about him eventually. She continued: 'Then we were in Austria, we were having a few drinks and that’s the way it goes.'
She added that at the time, she wasn't looking for love. 'I’d just finally become really happy being single and just being delighted with myself. I suppose that’s always when you meet someone, when you’re happy on your own,' she said.
Popping the question
Just over a year after they began dating, Spencer got down on one knee while backstage after a West End performance of The Lion King. A month later they revealed that they were expecting their first child together and they welcomed a baby boy, Theodore, in September 2018.
Vogue has since spoken about Spenny's proposal, revealing that he had hoped to propose in front of the entire theatre, something which would have been her 'worst nightmare'.
She told Giovanna Fletcher on the Journey to the Magic podcast: '[The Lion King] is Spencer's all-time favourite Disney film and it is the only thing he's ever cried at, and he loves it.
'So, it was kind of like he did his best proposal for himself. He could have taken me to Beauty and the Beast!'
Tying the knot
The pair wed on Spencer's impressive 10,000 acres worth of family estate in Scotland in 2018 and also celebrated their marriage in London which was filmed for E4. Beautiful bride Vogue wore a plunging satin gown for their Scottish wedding which had long sleeves and highlighted her growing bump.
In May 2023, Spencer told how he'd like to say I Do a third time as he didn't enjoy their TV wedding and wanted to do something nice for Vogue with just 20 or 30 people.
'I couldn't have given a s**t about that. An E4 wedding for television,' he said. 'I'm going to go on record and say that that day was just bo**ix. I couldn't care less,' Spencer added about their TV wedding.
Growing their family
Vogue and Spenny are proud parents to their three children; Theodore, five, Gigi, four, and Otto, two.
As for whether they'd welcome a fourth child into the gang, Vogue told fans on Instagram in January 2023: 'I'd like to think that we would have another child but like it's very very full on with three and we're super happy with three.
'We feel really lucky to have three very healthy babies and I don't know is the answer to that. Not for a very long time if it was to ever happen.'
Life between England and Ireland
The family splits their time between Ireland and England, although Vogue has often said that she'd like to spend more time on our shores than they do.
In 2023, Vogue put her three-story townhouse in Howth, which she bought in a half-finished state and spent two years refitting and styling to her personal taste, on the market.
In January 2024 she splashed out just under €3m on a new home for her family which has sweeping views across Dublin Bay and the Wicklow Mountains.
Supporting each other
In August 2024 Spencer became a Guinness World Record holder after completing 30 marathons in 30 days on sand with Vogue and their two eldest children there to support him.
He completed the huge challenge to raise money for Global's Make Some Noise and announced they had to raise a 'staggering' £342,508 (€405,480) in donations for the charity.
Facing rumours
In March 2025, Vogue shut down 'cruel' rumours surrounding her marriage in the best way, posting a statement that had many people gasping at the first line. 'It’s with great sadness that I have to let you know that Spen and I are NOT breaking up,' she wrote in the post shared on Instagram.
Vogue continued: 'I usually avoid addressing baseless and cruel rumours but this just keeps coming up. It’s disappointing to see this narrative being pushed almost daily when it’s absolutely not true and much more importantly, I don’t want my children hearing these lies in the playground.
'We’re not sure what the angle is or where it’s coming from but the whole thing feels very strange and mean. We’re very happily married and in love and I hope posting the truth on my own platform might make it stop.'
Marking the milestones
Time flies when you're busy building a life together and 2025 marked seven years of marriage for Vogue and Spencer.
Vogue marked the big day by sharing a few glam photos and writing: '7 years married today. 3 kids, two dogs and a whole lot of fun.'
