Sharon Osbourne was one of the first celebrities to open up about taking the weight-loss drug Ozempic. However, despite saying she regrets ever taking it, her frame continues to get smaller and smaller.

The 72-year-old, who recently admitted that the drug has left her unable to put on weight, appeared gaunt in a clip posted on social media.

Initially, the video was done to defend her husband Ozzy's song, War Pigs, however, fans were much more concerned with her size.

The former X Factor judge wore a baggy blue sweater and cream trousers, but her shoulder blades were still evident to fans.

Worried fans took to the comment section, pleading with Sharon to look after herself. One user penned: 'Please stop losing weight, you are beautiful. No more botox and fillers,' another wrote: 'Sharon, I love you but you are way too thin,' a third commented: 'She looks ill, poor thing.'

Although she initially liked the results from the medication, she later admitted her worry about the possibility that she may have taken it too far.

Speaking on Howie Mandel's podcast, she confessed: 'I can't put on weight now, and I don't know what it's done to my metabolism, but I just can't seem to put any on, because I think I went too far.'

Earlier, in February, she also told The Guardian she had lost 'three stone in four months. Too much.'

'Now, I weigh just over 7st. I need to put on 10lb, but much I eat, I stay the same weight,' she added.

'I've had enough. I've given up on all interventions. I couldn't have much more facial surgery- there's not that much skin left to stretch, pull, or cut. And I won't have any more fillers or Botox.

'I don't think I'll ever be happy with the way I look. But I'm now satisfied. It's taken years for me to say this, but I've learned my lesson. This is me. It's finally time to leave well alone,' she confessed.

The 72-year-old also revealed doctors can't figure out why she hasn't been able to gain weight back after she stopped using Ozempic months ago.

'The doctors can't figure it out, but I think it's just because I'm getting older and as you get older, you lose weight anyway and shrink and shrivel off,' she explained.

As to why she turned took the drug in the first place, Sharon said: 'Everyone was doing it.'
