The building works have been going on for months in Central Dublin for a huge Arket, with fans eager for the doors to open.
The popular retailer, which curates clothing, accessories, homeware, and travel products, falls under the H&M Group umbrella along with brands such as COS and & Other Stories.
The shop will be at the junction of Dawson Street and Nassau Street, and the retail space is huge.

Per the Irish Times, Arket has agreed a 10-year lease for 11,000 sq ft across both ground and first-floor levels of Grafton Place.
The shop will also feature an Arket Cafe and curated collections, and will open in late August.
Swedish brand Arket has been expanding across Europe. This week, it opened its first store in Oslo. On Friday, it will open its first store in Austria in Vienna.
The news of Arket's launch in Dublin comes after it was announced that New Look was leaving Ireland, resulting in a major clearance sale and mass redundancy.

The high street was then dealt another blow, with Benetton expected to close up to 418 stores in 2025.
