Ryan Andrews has opened up about the struggle of balancing his hectic work schedule and spending time with his newborn son. The actor juggles a number of jobs at the time, sometimes finding himself tasked with working on six separate projects at once.
The panto star has had a jam-packed schedule over the past few months. He only managed to squeeze in one day off, the day his first child was born.
Ryan welcomed his son Rowen with his wife Michaela in September 2024. He has been working non-stop ever since. The new father opened up to VIP Magazine about the struggle of balancing his hectic work schedule and family life with his newborn.

'I’ve had one day off over the last few months, that’s the day he was born. It’s hard don’t get me wrong, but I won’t complain,' he said.
The 31-year-old has been trying to perfect the 'balancing act', finding himself working on one job while on a lunch break from another gig.

Of course, the tough task is hugely helped by Michaela. The couple got together when they were fifteen after meeting on stage in the Panto, and have been loved up ever since. Ryan explained that the pair are working together to be there for their little man, and for each other.
'Both of us are there for Rowen but what’s most important is that we’re both there for each other,' he said. 'I want to support her as best I can.'

He revealed that 'nothing' in their 'relationship has changed' since welcoming Rowen, as they are 'still giving time to each other.'
'If anything I would say it’s just been enhanced. It is about adjusting from your old life to this new one,' Ryan reflected, before praising their 'placid' firstborn for making the change 'a whole lot easier.'

The pair had quite the full circle moment recently when Ronan made his panto debut at just four months old. He clearly has his dad's work ethic!
They brought the little man out on stage at the end of their Olympia panto to give him a taste of the spotlight. Adorable!
