When chefs collide! Clodagh McKenna reunited with her close pals Rachel and Darina Allen for a festive meal at their cookery school, Ballymaloe House, on Saturday night.
The trio met up to enjoy a 'magical supper' at the Cork-based house, made by Darina. Clodagh, who is also renowned as a skilled chef, gushed over her cooking, saying that she finds it 'so inspiring watching Darina create the most incredible suppers with such ease.'
Clodagh and her millionaire husband Harry Herbert have been spending some time in her native Ireland over the Christmas period. The couple spent their final night in the country with the Allen household, before heading back to their home in the UK.

The 49-year-old cited the dinner as their 'dream last supper for our Christmas in Ireland.' She took to social media to share a series of snaps from the evening, including a sweet post where she beamed beside Darina.
'Another magical supper by Darina Allen last night in Ballymaloe, Cork,' Clodagh wrote. 'I always find it so inspiring watching Darina create the most incredible suppers with such ease⦠Ladling little bowls of homemade soup with Timmy's sourdough bread and hand-churned jersey cow butter.'

'Minutes later carving the turkey, while warming the gravy dish, and bringing out bowls of simmered garden leeks, caponata, and gratin dauphinoise.'
'And finishing with pears perfectly poached in threads of saffron and cardamom, a buttery almond pear tart, and creamy homemade praline ice cream. The dream last supper for our Christmas in Ireland. Thank you, Darina & Timmy, we love you,' she ended the post.

'What a supper!!!' Clodagh's husband Harry, whose father Henry was Lord Porchester, the 7th Earl of Carnarvon, commented beneath the post. The series of pictures included a snap of him sitting at the dinner table, beside Rachel.
A host of people flocked to the comment section to praise the delicious-looking spread. 'Sounds like Christmas heaven!' one person wrote, while another said: 'My word that food looks delicious x.'
