Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been eager to keep their son Archie out of the public eye.
Their one-year-old son does not have any royal titles, which means that he is a private citizen.

As such, we rarely see him out and about. However, during Meghan and Harry's sit down interview with Oprah during which Meghan revealed she felt suicidal while carrying him we got to see a glimpse of their son.
In an intimate moment, the little family was seen playing at a southern California beach with Guy, the family's rescue beagle.

In the interview, Harry explained that he was so excited for Archie to have the childhood he never had. He told Oprah that he loves cycling around his son in the back.
He revealed that he points out things like 'palm tree' and 'house' during their adventures.

Harry laughed that the tot, who will turn two in May, currently is obsessed with the word 'hydrate'. While Meghan said that when anyone leaves the house he says: 'Drive safe'.
‘In those months when I was pregnant, all around this same time, we have in tandem, the conversation of “He won’t be given security, he’s not going to be given a title,” and also concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he’s born,’ she told Oprah.
Speaking of his title, Meghan and Harry confessed that it was not their decision to make. With Meghan telling Oprah ‘the idea of our son not being safe, and also the idea of the first member of colour in this family not being titled in the same way that other grandchildren would be' was their main concern.
Oprah with Meghan and Harry airs on RTÉ Two tonight at 9:30pm
