Letter To My Younger Self: 'There's a reason for everything' says Lottie Ryan

Lottie Ryan stormed through this series of Dancing with the Stars and last Sunday she scooped the glitterball trophy. 

Now as has a chance to breathe again after the intense rehearsal schedule, which she juggled with her entertainment reporter role in 2FM, she spoke to EVOKE about the advice she would write in a letter to her younger self.

'I would say stop worrying so much,' the ebullient broadcaster began before elaborating. 

'It all works out and everything happens for a reason. I think in the moment when bad stuff happens or you’re struggling with whatever is going on in your life, you can feel like, “Why is this happening?”

'And you might not know why it’s happening, in the moment, but in my life, generally, there’s been a reason for everything.'

'So, I would say stop worrying so much and just enjoy the journey because there is a reason and it will all work out,' Lottie Ryan said as she concluded the letter to her younger self.
